Here you can find the general rental conditions, booking cancellation conditions and further information about the holiday villa.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
*Upon request, it will be possible to anticipate or postpone check-in and check-out times, depending on availability.

Booking confirmation

In order to confirm your reservation we ask you to pay 30% of the holiday price, as a deposit, by bank transfer (IBAN: IT15X0344214239000080001486, CODE BIC WIDIITMM). The reservation will become final from the moment the sums are credited.
At the end of the online booking, the villa will be held in your favour for the next 3 days, the time of the crediting of the deposit. If no amount is credited within the specified period, the villa will be made available again. In order to speed up the process, please email us the account of the transfer made.

Balance and Extras

The balance of your stay must be sent by bank transfer thirty days before your check-in. Extras and deposits must be paid at check-in in cash/pos.

Cancellation policy

– Cancellations made at least 60 days before the date of arrival will result in the deposit being returned without penalty.
– Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance or in the event of a 'no-show', the deposit will not be refunded.

In all cases of cancellation: should it be possible to 'resell' your cancelled holiday, we will gladly return the deposit received.
