The villa does not have a restaurant service.

No. The swimming pool, as well as all the outdoor and indoor spaces of the farmhouse, is for the exclusive use of those who have booked their holidays at our facility.

A deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation up to sixty days before the chosen arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. The balance of the entire booking price must be paid thirty days before the arrival date. All payments must always be made by bank transfer.
