Just over a kilometre from the old medieval village of Agello and 6 kilometres from Lake Trasimeno, is located the Casale Conte Jacopo family holiday rental villa, which also grows olive trees and produces an extra virgin olive oil of extraordinary quality.
Nestled in an oasis of peace and relaxation in the Umbrian hills, the Casale Conte Jacopo occupies an area of approximately 500 square metres. Its origins date back to the mid-17th century. The villa was completely renovated in 2010, fully respecting the architectural lines of the old Umbrian rural buildings. It is spread over three levels and can accommodate a maximum of ten people plus two. The park, which surrounds the historic Casale, extends over approximately three hectares, is equipped with a playground and is entirely fenced off. Cots and high chairs are also available for the little ones.
The interiors of the Casale are finely furnished with period furniture and are equipped with all comforts, so that our guests can enjoy their holiday to the fullest. In particular, the three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, located on the mezzanine and first floor, are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms on the ground floor, also two doubles and a single, thanks to the considerable thickness of the perimeter walls, are cool enough not to require air conditioning.
