Casale Conte Jacopo is a large stone villa, dating back to the 17th century, a few kilometres from Lake Trasimeno and the historic centre of Perugia. Equipped with a swimming pool and immersed in a three-hectare park, it is the ideal place to host families or groups of friends up to a maximum of 10 people. The residence is spread over three levels and consists of two completely autonomous flats, elegantly finished and furnished. Casale Conte Jacopo offers guests comfort, elegance and panoramic views of the Umbrian hills.

What the villa offers
It is hard not to love this historic Umbrian farmhouse with swimming pool. The beauty of the park, the vast landscape, the serenity of the place and the contact with nature instil a sense of well-being. The warm tones of antique wood, the elegant simplicity of the furnishings, the paintings and carpets complement the spacious and well-ordered interior. For your breakfast, you can choose between the two fully equipped kitchens and the outdoor patio. For lunch and dinner, the preference ranges from the large table in the cosy dining room to the comfortable outdoor patio and the gazebo in the barbecue area.
