Straordinario il corredo della sistemazione: lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie, fon in ogni bagno, barbecue per le grigliate all’aperto... stoviglie ed arredi esterni di qualità. Cenno a parte per la piscina: panoramica ed in un contesto eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!!"

We were a party of 8 people with 4 little kids, the property is huge and could accommodate all of us in a very comfortable way. We enjoyed our stay at Casale Conte Jacopo both for the privacy and relax time we had there, but also for the entertaining areas such as table tennis, football pitch, and obviously the great swimming pool.

Eine schöne Villa mit traumhaften Aussichten auf die Landschaft. Entspannung pur. Arezzo ist auf jeden Fall eine Fahrt wert , genauso wie Passignano . Sehr sehr schön und nicht weit Tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung , in Perugia Enone und Nadir ist eine gute Empfehlung . Gute Tips sind von S***** der Hausverwaltung zu erfahren sowie über Tripadvisor. weg !

Das Haus war wunderschön. Der Pool war gross und wurde regelmässig sauber gemacht. Als ganze Gruppe waren wir zufrieden und konnten die Ferien geniessen.

La déco intérieure de la maison est un peu austère, mais nous étions tous très à l’aise dans nos différents quartiers. La maison est dans un état de propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée (rien ne manque). Beaucoup d’espace en extérieur pour toutes les activités proposées. Nous n’avons pas était déçu de notre choix.

Casale Conte Jacopo exceeded our expectations in every way. It was like having a Borgo to ourselves. Huge property with everything a family could want. Private but not too secluded. In a great area to tour so many beautiful cities. Assisi, Perugia, Corciano, Castigliano dii lago, Lake Trasimeno all must-see short trips.

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa. There was plenty of space for our whole family , including very young grandchildren. Simona quickly sorted out a couple of problems & we had a delicious meal cooked & served on site. The pool & bbq area were amazing!

An excellent villa in a beautiful location. Exceeded expectations in every way. The views are spectacular.
